Our Moon Sister blend is an infusion of pure essential oils and Rose quartz liquid crystals that carry compassion and comfort through your monthly cycle. This anti-inflammatory blend may help to decrease the distress of menstrual cramps and provide you with hormonal, emotional and spirit balance through your moon cycle and support you with the relief you need.⁠
Apply roller ball oil to your abdominal area, and gently massage into skin. For severe cramping, gently heat up a wheat bag or water bottle and apply to area. Relax for 15 minutes while allowing the oil to work its magic. This blend can also be used on your pulse points to support your mood.

A patch test is recommended to determine allergic irritation or photosensitivity. Discontinue of irritation occurs.
